Rachel said the Republicans have exerted rule of the minority thanks to a record-breaking number of 112 filibusters in the Senate last term -- double what the Democrats did to cause the GOP to threaten the so-called nuclear option. Should we destroy it? If done correcting, filibustering has its place but the GOP have become the Grand Obstructionist Party. Senator Harry Reid should force them to fully act it out and visibly filibuster for all Americans to see what the GOP has become. (Call Harry!)
